2023 Annabelle Festival Flower Arrangement
Competition General Rules and Regulations
June 10, 2023
10AM to 8 PM

Shawnee Hills Arts Council/Anna Arts Center is thrilled to host the Flower Arrangements
Competition in conjunction with the Anna-Jo Garden Club. Everyone is invited to participate – adults
and children are invited to enter their arrangements.
There are four categories:
1. Arrangements with Hydrangeas,
2. Artificial Arrangements,
3. Wall Hanging Arrangements, and
4. Potted Plants.
All rules and regulations will be strictly followed.
Delivery of entries: Saturday June 10, with the entries being delivered to Anna Arts Center, 125 W
Davie Street, Anna, Illinois. From 7:30 to 9 AM. Judging will begin Saturday at 9AM.
Exhibit will be open for visitors from June 10, 2023 from 10 AM to 8 PM
Each entry must be tagged with name, address, and phone number before being put on exhibit.
All entries must remain on exhibit until picked up at 8 PM on Saturday June 10.
Rules and Regulations:
1. This completion is for both adult and children.
2. Any natural botanical materials may be used. Flowers (tame or wild), foliage, other accent
material, all items used in the arrangement may be fresh, artificial or dried depending on the
category.
3. Entrants may also use other display materials for appeal and interest.
4. Entries will be judged on quality and effect. Judges have the final word.

1st Place – Ribbon 1st Place – Ribbon
2nd Place – Ribbon 2nd Place – Ribbon
3rd Place – Ribbon 3rd Place – Ribbon
