Wall Hanging Arrangements\, and\n4. Potted Plants.\nAll rules and regulations will be strictly followed.\nDelivery of entries: Saturday June 10\, with the entries being delivered to Anna Arts Center\, 125 W\nDavie Street\, Anna\, Illinois. From 7:30 to 9 AM. Judging will begin Saturday at 9AM.\nExhibit will be open for visitors from June 10\, 2023 from 10 AM to 8 PM\nEach entry must be tagged with name\, address\, and phone number before being put on exhibit.\nAll entries must remain on exhibit until picked up at 8 PM on Saturday June 10.\nRules and Regulations:\n1. This completion is for both adult and children.\n2. Any natural botanical materials may be used. DESCRIPTION:Join us for the second annual Wichmann Vineyard Grape Stomp on Saturday\, June 10\, 2023\, to support the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Illinois! \nSeveral years ago\, our vineyard was the location for an annual grape stomp put on by award-winning winemakers Ted Wichmann and Karen Hand. We are happy to bring the tradition back with live music\, delicious wine made by Ted’s daughter Johanna\, and plenty of grapes to be stomped! \nFestivities will begin at 11:00 a.m. with live music from local musicians the ‘Ol Fiskskins. \nEvery fifteen minutes\, a new set of stompers will step into our loaded barrels to see how much juice they can push out of the provided grapes. At the end of the day\, the person with the most juice will be crowned the Grape Stomp champion\, receiving a free bottle of Wichmann Vineyard wine and a set of wine glasses. \nThere will also be a kids’ division and a Lucy Look-alike Contest.\nThe Lucy contest winner will also receive a free bottle of wine and a set of wine glasses! \nTickets for the event are $15 with proceeds supporting the Boys and Girls Clubs of Southern Illinois. Participants are welcome to bring food to snack on throughout the festival and food will be available for purchase on-site. Outside alcohol is not permitted. All participants will receive one free glass of wine of their choice from Wichmann Vineyard on the day of the event. \nChildren under the age of 12 can stomp for $5 and will receive a participation medal designed specifically for this year’s event. \nTickets can be purchased on Eventbrite\, on-site at Wichmann Vineyard\, or you can call the winery at 618-893-4004 to order yours. As the tasting room is only open Friday through Sunday\, please feel free to call and leave a message on other days of the week. Online sales do have an additional charge\, as do all credit card purchases (3% additional charge).
