2023 Annabelle Festival Pet Carnival Registration June 10, 2023, 9 AM in front of the Anna Arts Center, 125 W Davie Street, Anna, IL Shawnee Hills Arts Council and PAWS are thrilled to host the Pet Carnival. Everyone is invited to enter their pets. Categories 1. Best Dressed 2. Look A Like - Owner and Pet Costumes 3. Most Unusual 4. Smallest 5. Showmanship and Pet Tricks Rules and Regulations 1. This competition is for everyone – children and adults. 2. ALL pets from turtles to parakeets to let your imagination run wild. 3. You may enter only two of the categories. 4. Be ready to introduce yourself, your pet, and share what is special about your pet. 5. Entries will be judged on presentation. Judges have the final word.
