2023 Annabelle Festival Flower Arrangement Competition General Rules and Regulations June 10, 2023, from 10 AM to 8 PM Anna-Jo Garden Club & Shawnee Arts Council are thrilled to host the Flower Arrangements Competition at the Anna Art Center. Everyone is invited to participate, adults and children are invited to enter their arrangements. There are four categories: 1. Arrangements with or without Hydrangeas, Must be Fresh or Dried 2. Wall Hanging / Wreath Arrangements, Maybe Artificial 3. Potted Plants. Bonsai, Live 4. Single Stem, Fresh All rules and regulations will be strictly followed.

Delivery of entries: Saturday June 10, with the entries being delivered to Anna Arts Center, 125 W  Davie Street, Anna, Illinois. From 7:30 to 9 AM. Judging will begin Saturday at 9AM. 

Exhibit will be open for visitors from June 10, 2023 from 10 AM to 9PM  Each entry must be tagged with name, address, and phone number before being put on exhibit. All entries must remain on exhibit until picked up at 9PM on Saturday June 10.  Rules and Regulations: 1. This completion is for both adults and children. 2. Any natural botanical materials may be used. Flowers, foliage, other accent material, all  items used in the arrangement may be fresh or dried depending on the category. Artificial  maybe used only on wreaths & wallhangings  3. Entrants may also use other display materials for appeal and interest.    

4. Entrants are judged on quality and appearance. Judges choice is final.
